The spare bedroom at my grandmothers house is a trailer with tarps bundled across the top to keep the rain out. She lives in the same two bedroom house in Santa Monica that my mother and her three sisters and three brothers grew up in. My uncle and his wife have lived here for years. A veteran in love with simplicity.

My grandmothers house is the same shade of yellow. The trailer, the same faded aqua, rusted with children's graffiti still seen on its sides.
